The whole process of the cellar is devoted to the exaltation of the aromatic characteristics of the Pigato vineyard, from the cold maceration of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Classic wine to be served with the more traditional dishes of Genoese cuisine - from pasta with pesto to fish such as cappon magro; it is also excellent as a wine for appetizers or to accompany a cheese platter, especially it goes very well with medium-aged cheeses.
