Nose: rose, jasmine, cherry. Mouth: soft, dry, clean, final, with a hint of Israeli date.
light amber color with warm provocative aromas, hints of cane, honey and carob, with the final flower. Great sweetness on the palate and nose. Persuasive, full of character, with blond tobacco finish.
The nose: eggnog, hawthorn, white peach closes with paprika.On the palate: dates, dark chocolate, cinnamon closed with a pinch of red pepper.
Aged 17 years.
Immediate spicy fragrances and fruity and mineral aromas. Rich and articulated, it opens up to warm, evolved and well-mature shades. Great personality and character on the palate with wild mint and helichrysum aftertaste.Aged 28 years.
Nose: mimosa, mou and roasted chestnut. Mouth: licorice root, carob, salted marine with mouth-drying finish.
Nose: zabaglione, almond, officinal herbs, chocolate 75% cocoa, citrus. Mouth: white pepper, vanilla, fresh walnut, Brenta tobacco.
Matured in Scotland from January 1999 and bottled in November 2007. Intuitive and delicate. Soft and pleasant. Persuasive and the typical aromas. sweet and reasonably well organized. Pleasing to the palate with floral and mineral notes. Very good in its simplicity.
Nose: cinnamon, nutmeg, criollo caco, smell of dry brugo. Mouth: hints of sweet wood, Greek raisins, turmeric, spicy with citrus finish.
