Matured in Scotland from January 1999 and bottled in November 2007. Intuitive and delicate. Soft and pleasant. Persuasive and the typical aromas. sweet and reasonably well organized. Pleasing to the palate with floral and mineral notes. Very good in its simplicity.
This bottle, like other refined through the same criteria can be defined as "purist," that is not conditioned by the influence of the various containers and what those aged above, keeps flavors and aromas of Scottish tradition, as well as a gradation of 46 °.
Soft, sweet and harmonious nose with light peaty tones. Net polite but fruity and herbaceous associations. Aromatic and sweet to the palate, with remarkable harmony. Very pleasant tangy taste with remaining on the lips, combined with tones of licorice. A malt whiskey from the old cut and typical Speyside (45 °).
