The Green Walnut syrup from the Valier farm born from the processing of Lara walnut still green . A characteristic aroma arises from the hull, the inner part of the fruit still fresh, which then dries and dies in the summer. Valier has managed to find a processing that allows to preserve this preciousness and after years of experiments have managed to create this syrup with a delicate flavor that suggests the accompaniment with ice cream, panna cotta and yogurt. It goes very well with fresh cheeses such as squacquerone, ricotta and stracchino.

Curiosity: The first specialized fruit-bearing noceto planted in Italy is located in the the Valier farm. In 1991 this plant of the Lara variety marks the beginning of a challenge that has led to the enhancement of the walnut in Polesine and throughout the national territory, leading it to be the protagonist of conferences and round tables, and of course also of our table. The nocturates of the Valier company were an absolute novelty in Italy because they are inspired by the best that has been achieved worldwide.
