How to make the Bellini with the original Cà de La Pasina base?
Just puor a jar of "Bellini- The original Base" into a jug and add a bottle of dry sparkling wine or a bottle of Proseccio DOC, both very cold (6/8°C), mix them together and serve in iced flutes. In this way you will obtain ten perfect long drinks, "the Original and elegant Bellini".

Red wine, from purple to ruby red with light brick red reflections. Dry, full, pleasantly tannic, with many variations; harmonious and velvety.Matching: it goes well with a rare rib, with roast suckling pig, with boiled meats and with seasoned and tasty alpine cheeses.
