Today the processing of the Alice of Cetara Continues to respect the precepts handed down over generations, once-making methods that make Cetara anchovies a precious ingredient appreciated all over the world.
Dolphin Baptist Is a small laboratory of preserved food, mainly of alice, born in the immediate aftermath of Cetara, pearl of the Amalfi Coast. The art of alchemical processing, in many cases still manual, continues with the new generations of the Dolphin family, combining passion and innovation.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
