Black ADAMAS® caviar is a fresh Italian caviar, obtained from the sturgeon Acipenser Baerii, worked with the traditional "Malossol" method.
The egg diameter is between 2.5 and 3 mm. The color of the caviar is a gray matrix, from pearl gray to gunmetal gray. The taste is soft, the fine and elegant taste of pleasant fragrance is sometimes accompanied by a fresh final aromatic note.
The caviar is packaged in prestige model vacuum cans and the available cuts vary from 30 to 250 grams.
On request it is also possible to have larger packs up to the exclusive 1.8 kilogram original tin.
The Champagne Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Rosè it is the result of the assembly of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier and 12% of red wines produced by different Cru carefully selected for their high production potential of excellent red wines. Notes of dried fruit and strawberries dominate, with a fruity harmony that gives it an extraordinary balance.
