Chili con Carne

Ingredients for 6 people.

1 tablespoon oil
Chopped onion 1 large
2 garlic cloves crushed
Chili powder 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon powdered cumin
Ground beef 1 kg Canned tomatoes 400 g
250 ml meat broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons sugar
Pomoro concentrate 2 tablespoons
Canned red beans crushed and drained 400 g

Preparation: Heat the oil in a large frying pan and let it Brown the onion in medium flame for 5 minutes, add the garlic, chili and cumin and let stand for 1 minute. Add the meat and Brown for 5 minutes.
