Spaghetti with anchovy fillets, tuna and parsley
Ingredients for 4 people
350 g spaghetti
250 g of tuna in brine
6 anchovy fillets
600 g of peeled
4 tablespoons oil
This is a simple recipe and light, very light!
Fry the garlic in oil, add the anchovy fillets and mash with a fork.
Add the chopped tuna, then crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 15 minutes then add the chopped parsley.
Boil the pasta and dress with the sauce.
