Sea bass with green pepper


Ingredients and doses for 4 persons
1000 g of clean bass
2 pomegranates
1/2 glass of dry white wine
Olive oil
Salt
Green pepper in grains
Preparation

Stack two sheets of baking paper.
Sprinkle the central part with a pomegranate beans and some green pepper.
Lie down on the bass.
Sprinkle with the grains of Pomegranate and more pepper.
Sprinkle with wine and sprayed with oil. Savoury Pies.
