Ingredients-4 doses for people:

1 kg lamb meat
300 g salami from gravy
200 g fresh broad beans
500 g of chicory Greens
4 potatoes
half an onion
2 Laurel leaves
1 sprig wild fennel
1 chili pepper
olive oil
Salt

 

In a Pan fry in oil crock chopped onion. Add the Lamb pieces and let it Brown, then cover with hot water. When bubbles together all other ingredients and bake for about an hour. Remove the Pan from the oven, close it tightly with bread dough and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes, until the pastry is golden. From the oven and serve!
