Potatoes with nutmeg and cheese


Ingredients:

1 kg of yellow potatoes
2 eggs
50 g Parmesan
pepe
Salt
nutmeg
150 g galbanino

For the batter:
2 egg whites
flour,
breadcrumbs

 

Wash the potatoes, boil, Peel and mash (better with the potato ricer into a large bowl, otherwise with a fork). Add the Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg and mix all forming a nice hard dough. Cut the diced galbanino, form balls with the mixture and place in the center of each ball a small nut cheese. If you prefer to use another type of cheese must have the characteristics of the latter! Then pass the balls first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Place the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and Bake 30 minutes at 200 x° remove from oven and serve hot again! Bon appétit!
