Sesame bread

 

Ingredients for 4 loaves:

600 g flour
200 ml water
100 ml milk
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
25 g of yeast
poppy seeds
sesame seeds


Preparation:

Formed a mountain with the flour, making a small hole in the Center and add the yeast.
Pour water and warm milk and knead well.

When the yeast has dissolved completely, add salt and oil and knead again.

Cover the dough and let it sit for 1 hour.
After an hour, divide the dough into four loaves of equal measure.
Make a cut and brush over water or a little bit of egg and garnish with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
Bake the bread at 180° C for 1 hour.
