Slap-up bread and black sesame


200 gr. 0 flour
200 gr. millet flakes and rice
200 gr. sourdough freshening up the night before and left it all night to rise
a large handful black sesame
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Blend the ingredients leaving for last salt, it kneads for at least ten minutes so energetically and leave to rise for half a day. Create a kind of bun. In a hot oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
