Ingredients:

500 g alcohol
500 g sugar
500 g water
20 fresh Bay leaves


Procedure: Keep to infuse in alcohol the oakleaves for 24 hours.
Remove the leaves from the alcohol and add a syrup composed 500 g sugar 500 g dissolved in lukewarm water.
You can decrease or increase the weight of water depending on the desired degree of alcohol
