Grapes are picked by the end of September with manual collection and has a yield to 6000-7000 kg, variable depending on the year. The wine is made in stainless steel, with a duration of two to three weeks with pumping over and delestage. Next maintenance on the lees for six months.
At the sight it has a garnet red color and the nose is deep, with scents of plum, tobacco and light hints of vanilla.
It has a full taste, well balanced sip, generous and elegant, with a particularly well-balanced tannins.
It has an alcohol content of 14 degrees and should be served at a temperature of 18-20 degrees.
