Product prepared following the traditional Galician salting and healing process. The end result is a Serrano ham with uniform and homogeneous conformity, with the round cut and without the paw, but with the skin.

COLOR AND CUT APPEARANCE: Characteristic color from pink to purple red in the lean part and bright aspect of the fat. Homogeneous when cut.
