The Orange honey is a natural sweetener perfect as an ingredient with a pleasant taste to create goodness of pastry. The orange honey is excellent for preparing sweet fried, for the delicately acidic nuances and floral notes. Refreshing honey that is perfect for sweetening thirst-quenching drinks. The sedative properties of orange honey are recommended for relieving nervous tensions.

We recommend combining orange honey with mozzarella and burrata.

Orange is a fruit tree, born as an ancient cross probably between pomelo and mandarin. It produces candid flowers that appear in the leaf axilla. The period of rest of the fruiting is only three months and therefore it may happen that the tree blooms and also has fruits at the same time. The citrus flower is called "zagara" (from the Arabic terms that indicate the flower and the sparkling white) and is much appreciated by the bees.
