To prepare the Puts Guttiau (Drained) spread the "leaves" of Carasau bread with a string of extra virgin olive oil in Sardinia and a sprinkle of Salt Sea of Sardinia and put in the oven already hot, leaving a few minutes to gild.
It is used as an accompaniment to appetizers, warmed on a hot plate, sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil through a sprig of rosemary, which takes on the aroma.
To keep it, keep it in its original paper, in a cool, dry place, but not in a refrigerator, and can last up to two months.
