Sudtirol Pinot Nero DOC 2020, 0,75 - Abbazia di Novacella

Red wine, from purple to ruby red with light brick red reflections. Intense and typical: when young it has a fine aroma of strawberry, raspberries, plums, or cherries and undergrowth; as it ages it takes on nuances in which oriental spices, hints of chocolate and truffles stand out. Dry, full, pleasantly tannic, with many variations; harmonious and velvety.

Matching: it goes well with a rare rib, with roast suckling pig, with boiled meats and with seasoned and tasty alpine cheeses.
