The farmThe Motticella Paolo Petrilli, It is located in the sunny countryside in Lucera in the province of Foggia.
The fields that surround the farm house tomatoes, vines and wheat. Among the tomato crops are the varieties San Marzano, Prunilli and round.
To create the past with this concentrated flavor and authentic, the Masseria tomatoes are collected and even peeling by hand, washed and stored in glass containers.
