The Vinagre de Jerez Is an original Spanish PDO vinegar, one of the three vinegars for which the Protected Designation of Origin has been recognized at European level, together with the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and Vinagre del Condado de Huelva .
Vinegar with a strong aromatic personality, brilliant amber color, ideal for marinades. It can be adapted to preparations that require the use of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.

The Bodegas (Cantine) Sanchez Romate Hermanos They work their own palomino grapes to get one of the best Andalusian Sherry. With this precious liqueur wine they produce one of the most important vinegars for world-wide gastronomy with the traditional method of "Solera y Criaderas". This system based on the principle of chopping - very similar to that with which Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is produced - provides that the barrels are placed overlapping files: the first year are filled only by the higher ones (criaderas), then by year to year To break part of the contents in the row below to the lowest one, whose barrels are called solitary. In this way the barrels will contain vinegar of different vintages.

Organic White Wine Vinegar, 375 ml - Pojer e Sandri
Organic vinegar produced in purity in all stages of processing from the vineyard to the cellar up to the vinegar cellar. The slow acetification takes place with the natural and superficial oxidation of organic white wine from Solaris grape left in contact for months in wooden barrels: in the vinegar cellar no mechanical forcing takes place to speed up the process (for example by intervening on the temperature) but the natural process is supported, without intervention, to develop the aromas and pure characteristics of the vinegar only through oxidation, highlighting the intrinsic qualities of the raw material.
Particularly suitable with fresh and boiled vegetables, on boiled meats, to complete various kinds of sauces.
